On a rainy Tuesday 17^th July Year 1 and Year 2 visited Ferry Meadows as part of this term's Science topic Plants and Animals. Luckily it soon dried out and they had a fun day pond dipping, looking at the life cycle of a plant, a sensory scavenger hunt and a scavenger hunt where they had to look for items that were alive, had been alive or never alive. A busy, fun day was had by all!
